Why be a speaker?
Regular request for speakers
Presentation format
For speakers, you can apply your preferred presentation format, oral or a poster presentation.
The advisory board of the Conference will make the final decision for which presentation format your paper is more suitable.
In an oral presentation, your presentation time slot is 25 minutes including 5 minutes of discussion.
For poster presentation, your poster will be printed out by organizer and presented onsite by yourself.
Presentation Language
Please note the official language for presentations is ENGLISH.
Speaker fee
Speaker (Industry) RMB 1,500/Paper
Speaker (Academia) RMB 750/Paper
Important date to remember
Deadline for abstracts: 4 March 2025
Notification of acceptance: May 2025
Submission of full paper: 20 June 2025
Privacy policy
Your personal data will be encrypted on being forwarded and used by Guangzhou Guangya Messe Frankfurt Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies only. Name and company of the speaker will be published in the online and print material of the event; address and communication data will not be referred. If you do not want any further information please inform us immediately.
No-show policy
If as a speaker you are, for any reason, unable to attend the conference, we would urge that a co-author or appropriate colleague from your company/university present the paper in your place.
Please note that speaker changes are only possible in exceptional cases and have to be reported immediately in writing to
pcim-con@china.messefrankfurt.com
If no one is available to present the paper and Guangzhou Guangya Messe Frankfurt Co Ltd has not been notified beforehand, the speaker will not be accepted for any other future PCIM Conferences.
